Please note before allocating CSR funds: the registration record above is the only one the Foundation currently holds. It does not yet include the additional Ministry of Corporate Affairs registration required before the Foundation can be engaged as an implementing agency under Section 135 of the Companies Act, or income tax exemption registration. We will publish each one here the day it is granted, and we welcome conversations about pipeline projects in the meantime.
